Somebody’s Mama, a well-being student, and a lifelong creator.

I’m a New Yorker through and through, and a first-generation Haitian-American with over a decade of experience in the business of making things. I’m passionate about making beautiful things that leave the world just a bit brighter and more wholesome. I’m an 80’s baby, married to a mindfulness consultant, with two babies under 3 that constantly melt my heart while stretching my limits.

In the past 20 years, I’ve weaved my way through the creative and wellness industries. These experiences have taught me so much about people, creating things, and what it means to truly live in service. When I began making things on my own around 2010 it always brought me so much joy to bring people’s dreams to life, and it still does. I do this work so passionate people with art, mission, or wellness-aligned businesses can reach the people who need them. I’ve always felt like a connector of people and this will always be my why. I value experiences and people over material things. My actions are guided firstly, by my deeply routed spiritual compass and secondly by my resourcefulness and intrinsic drive to do good work with people adding value to the collective.

When I’m not the people’s creative hype woman on this platform and over at the Conscious Hustler, I’m building community and helping people feel better in their bodies at Good People Pilates.
